[A6] a6 keyboard rattles + checklist

Hi,

I just got an A6 today, second hand.  Things seem fine, except that when 
I play any note, the whole keyboard rattles.  Any suggestions?

Also, can somebody make a list of things for me to check?  I only have 
48 hours to make a claim on the UPS insurance if something is wrong, and 
I don't think I'll learn everything necessary to check out the whole 
thing by then.
