My number one needed feature:

Auto-sync to midi clock. Having the internal clock automatically sync to
MIDI without having to set it to sync or manual would be great, since
sequencers rarely always transmit midi clock when stopped. This would
function identical to the Virus. This is the only feature that pains me
daily (well, delay sync to tempo would be wonderful too).
