Why did you start editing these values? Didn't the sweep 
sound good when you initially recorded it?

Anyway, it's perfectly normal that the LSB field shows 
peaks. Think of the MSB/LSB pair as a 4 digit decimal 
number, where MSB represents the upper two digits and LSB 
the lower two digits. Now increase the number from low to 
high, like this:

MSB/LSB
00  00
00  01
...
00  98
00  99
01  00
01  01
..
01  98
01  99
02  00
02  01

Notice how the lower two digits of the LSB part increase 
till it reaches the max value (99 in our example), and then 
resets again to 00, after the MSB part is incremented by 1. 

That's what you see in your editor (with different values 
though).
