[A6] External Triggering tip

Might seem obvious but when setting up external triggers, make sure the 
level associated with the 'ext trgger X' is suficiently low to actually 
generate a trigger.  I thought that level was the level to be be generated 
by the trigger, but no, it's the level required to generate the trigger.
