[A6] Help w/ external triggering

I'm trying to filter some external audio and I can't seem to get it to 
trigger.

Right now I'm just trying to get the amplitude envelope to open from 
incoming audio on 'voice 15'.  I have a env 3 trigger set up using the ext 
trigger 1 mod source.  It's set to mod trig and re-trig.

I'm able to trigger env 3 via the keyboard, and in doing so, hear the 
external audio, but I can't seem to get it to trigger by virtue of the 
signal level coming in on the voice 15 input alone.

Any advice?
