[A6] Mix Mode Patch tweaking

I've also had this happen when one of the soft buttons gets "stuck" under the front panel and thereby randomly triggers itself when you touch the keyboard/wheels/panel, especially in areas close to the button in question.  The buttons near the wheels seem to be particularly susceptible.  As Colin suggests with knobs, re-pushing the button in question will get it un-stuck (it's hard to tell by looking at the buttons, but when you push the stuck one, the mechanical problem becomes obvious).

Incredibly weird and confounding while it's happening, though ...
