[A6] Possible A6/OS Update and FX

Would it be possible to fix the A6 response to polyAT with a simple OS 
upgrade? I could be perfectly happy with the A6 as it is if PolyAT response 
worked properly. Oh, and the zero reference point ribbon option.....
