Yes, the A6 mix mode does not like for mix
channels to be turned off or the mix number
to be changed while a note is playing. The
result is that there's no way to send a
"note off" message for the offending note.

If it's a MIDI sequencer issue, I can't help
at all. But try autotuning the A6 after it's
been on for at least 15 minutes. Sometimes
"ghost" voices bleed through when the VCA's
are not properly calibrated. Autotuning will
calibrate the VCA's so that zero really is
0, and not, say, 0.05.
