why don't you try using some filter tool + logic to do this cyril?

it is relatively easy with midi ox (windows) and logic 5.5.1, if only 
logic was more stable ... see my previous post on this list about it.

you would need to do some research for a mac or unix tool to transform 
midi input and output (remember you can run most unix applications on os 
x if you do a bit of work) ... but something like this might well exist.
