[A6] progam vs mix mode sound

  There are two issues.

1. Effects work differently in Mix mode to how they work in Program mode.
   Details about this are in the manual.

2. ISTR within the last few months people on the list may have isolated
   a bug wrt. Program changes in mix mode *from MIDI only*
   that leads to some parameters of the Program being messed up.  Does
   your "Warm Strings" patch sound OK if you select it from the front
   panel?
