Let me see if I understand..

So voice random will output a random number that will offset the pitch each 
time I hit a key.  This random number will remain the same throughout the 
duration of the note.

The S&H mod will make the osc wander all the time. I think this is more what 
I would want.

I assume that in a real moog each oscillator would be drifting in its own 
way.  I guess I could use the S&H on one oscillator and maybe a random LFO 
on another?

Hmm, how different is a random LFO to the S&H?

Anyone know how much the pitch actually drifts on the Moog?  I guess it 
depends which Moog we're talking about.
