Do you use the Mix mode number 127 ?
Do you use the MIX mode from a computer thru Midi ?
Do you do program change in the mix from the computer ?

If all the answer are yes, can you try to play the "Padamongous" program in
"Program" mode and in "mix" mode using a program change from your computer.
Tell me if you get the same sound.
