[A6] mod wheel won't c-route to pre filter osc levels??

  I just tried this and it worked fine.  Set LFO 1 to modulate OSC 1's
pre-filter mix level, then set up the mod wheel with a CROUTE for that
mod.  Remember that CROUTEs don't do anything on their own but act as a
sort of VCA on an existing modulation.
