[A6] Mod 2 routing question. Please HELP!

I figured something out but it is a little over my head so I will try to
explain, maybe you guys with a lot more experience can dissect it and
explain to me.
I have narrowed down the problem further, by the way yes David the OSC2
PWM page has an effect.
Here goes my attempt to describe the problem:
1. The set up is only Osc 2 is turned on, square wave selected and pulse
width.
2. All mod lights off on Osc 2 and LFO 2 - off for the entire unit.
3. Filters bypassed and no ring etc running.
If I have Pulse width running LFO 2 changes the sound effect when the
LFO control knob being turned. If I just run square without PW the
effect is gone.
The new information I have to add is, I looked at the settings in LFO 2.
Mod wheel is the source and frequency is the destination. The mod light
is off. I looked at the trigger page and discovered that although the
trigger enable is set to off - the Voxtrig is set to "On Vox" and LFO
modulates PW OSC2. If I turn Voxtrig to "On Trig" the effect stops.
I don't get it, I am confused. If the trigger is set to off, and the mod
is set to off, why do you get the effect? Secondly if it was turned on,
the Mod Wheel is modulating the Frequency of the LFO and has nothing to
do with the OSC 2 PW. Last of all why does it only effect Pulse width
and not other wave types?
Last of all to confirm this information is correct I switched the mod
source form Mod Wheel to Aftertouch and the effect was triggered by
aftertouch. But why if the trigger is turned off and the mod is turned
off. Why only SqWav PW.
Hope I am clear and I hope someone can explain this to me.

I can turn it off quite easily. Does the "level" parameter on the OSC
2
PWM page have any effect?
