I just bought one a week ago, I haven't got it yet, should be soon(I'm in
Australia). They actually ran out of stock of the "non-attribue" type but
offered me an "attribute" type (usually slightly more expensive) for the same
price, I have an invoice dated 8/13/2003 for US$61.99, if they are quoting more
maybe they just raised their price, in which case: lucky me:-)
Also, I took a chance before and bought an old 16MB PCIMCIA card for $10 from a
swapmeet and it didn't even fit in the slot, so unfortunately we get shafted
for the "special" SRAM 2MB!! I wonder how hard would it have been to just pack
the A6 with an extra 2MB internally? Would have made a lot more sense I reckon.
Cheers!
