[A6] A6 PCMCIA card questions

I'm fairly new to this list, recently joined thanks to my purchase of
the sweet, sweet A6.
 
Questions:
 
    - Where can I get an inexpensive PCMCIA card that works in the A6?
    - What are the specs of a compatible PCMCIA card?
    - What is the largest size (in megabytes) that the A6 can actually
use?
