[A6] Should I be Concerned?

Hi guys. i just moved into a new place and my setup is now in a carpeted
room in the basement. This is the first time i have had my machines on
carpet and i have been experiencing static shock from time to time from the
A6. It happened the first time when I reached behind to turn it on, then
other times when I touch the front panel..I am getting kind of concerned cuz
i know shocks and electrical equipment don't go well together. Should I be
concerned?
