Hi Doug and all other helpers,
Thanks for your help. I can´t imagine though, my problem´s a feature.
Maybe my english isn´t good enough to describe the problem, so I´m gone give
it another try.
As I assume, the only way to use the A6 with Logic (or other sequenzers) on
several channels is using its mix-mode.
So when I want to play let´s say preset 001 ("Unknown Lifeform") in single
notes from C2 till C4 in semitone-steps, it´s not possible. Cause if I have
one mono-programm (I´m talking about the switch on the left next to unison
X) in the mix, the Note D3 won´t be played. (As I said the 15th tone is
missing, if one Channel uses a mono-prog.)
Your solution could work, but I think mono or poly needs to be stored with
the program and not with the mix. This means that I need to store every
preset using mono-mode in the user-bank, which would take a lot of space.
I also remember, that my old A6 (which was taken back by the store because
of another problem) didn´t have any tones missing.)
So maybe someone of U could try, if he can play more notes in a row using a
mix like mine (with both mono and poly presets), before I send my A6 in.
Thanks a lot!
Felix
