[A6] Andromizer for Windows

While we're at it... what do you think about the randomizer which starts not from the scratch, but from _existing_ preset which gets tweaked randomily in various directions, surely with some architecture-based algorithm ? This idea bothers me for a while, but... well, you know, there are always many things to program :)
