[A6] Oscillator frequency control oddity

  Try this.

Set both of the oscillators to 440Hz. They'll merily be in tune. Now
turn the Big Knob on OSC 2 so that the OCT light indicator lights up. Sure
enough, the oscillators are nicely octaves apart.

How, turn OSC 2 a bunch flat using the CENTS knob. It will be just under
a semitone flat but, surprise!, the OCT light will still be lit! Now turn
the Big Knob so that the OCT light is lit again. Hah! You're still flat
by about a semitone!

It seems that the OCT light is merely responding to the position of the Big
Knob. Is this the best behaviour? I don't personally think so.
