[A6] Problem with recorded controllers

Hi all, 

again a problem concerning controller-sequenzing:

I recorded an increase of the filter 2 frequ. - value on track 2 of my
Logic-Sequenzer. Track 2 is set to Midi-Ch 2 wich relates to Mix-Ch 2 of my
A6. 

Somehow the Instruments of my other A6-Mix-Channels (all set to different
midi channels) are influenced by the recorded filter frequenzy on Midi CH 2.

Sometimes the frequenzy of my A6-Bass on CH 1 is rising, when messages for
the frequenzy of "Heavy Dutch" on CH 2 are beeing sent.

How can it be, that Midi-messages for Midi CH 2 influence Midi CH 1?

P.S.: Still nobody there, who can tell my, how to stear the controllers of
my A6 via Trackautomation? (The Problem was, that the A6 uses NRPN rather
than CC)
