[A6] Patch Manager?

Jose,
for windows, several of us use MidiOx http://www.midiox.com it not only
manages sysex dumps, but also is a really useful midi utility in general.
on mac i used SysEx ...
i'd really like to see a more advanced sysex manager, to be able to move
patches between banks etc instead of doing just full dumps or patches..
i guess if i knew exactly how long the patches were it would not be too
hard to come up with, but i'm a pretty lame programmer to say the least.
i really really would like a random patch generator :) have any of you
programmer types been working on something akin to that? doesn't need to
be even as deep as to have variable percentages assigned to parameters
(though that would be cool) a strictly random patch would be nice.
