yes

we are no longer running on cihost.com, since they provided me with
substandard service and poor reliability for three years.  in moving to a
new server, my own, there are some technical issues that need to be
addressed.  however, i have had little time to take care of this part,
although i'd love to do it soon.  thanks for alerting me to the issue, and
i'll try to get it working again soon.

part of the problem is that i have 4 local backups of the old code404.com
site and i'm not sure which one is the correct version ;)
