[A6] Buttons not working

I feel comfortable, and it probably would be the correct fix, but I don't
want to void the warrantee on a brand new unit.  Tech support didn't
authorize my opening it (see below).

I have to agree.  Just got off the phone with them, after being on hold for
about three SECONDS.  The guy listened to my little story, said "You have a
defective unit.  Return it."  I asked if they'd seen this problem before.
He said no, maybe it just got knocked around too much in shipping.

Sure I could have hoped that he'd give me directions to fix the synth, but I
was much happier having a solid answer and definitive course of action.

BTW, I will immediately get another A6 to replace this one!
