[A6] 12-dB LPF problem

Okay, I've had mine for 3 weeks now, and I am still absolutely amazed by the depth, the lovely intricacy of this music engine.
BUT this is really starting to annoy me:
On *one voice only*, the 12-dB lowpass filter output is significantly (and I mean significantly!) weaker than on the others. Think: "twice as soft". It's always the same voice, and it's always the same filter out. It is noticable both when I send it directly to the output vca, and when I route it into the 24-dB filter using the 'notch' input.
Even in a big patch like bank 2's "Matricks Pad" it can result in 3 played notes sounding like 2, if the affected voice happens to be triggered.
Neither filter tuning nor VCA calibration do anything to improve this. It really sounds like a defect in the voice card.
Often I can mask the symptom by mixing in some other filter outs, and of course I can disable the voice, but those are workarounds. I prefer a solution...:)
Any ideas, suggestions? Is this something I can fix myself?
