[A6] emagic, sounddiver, and a6

1. alesis has not sent emagic an andromeda to test for sounddiver, as has
been stated on this list many times now
2. sounddiver is currently not in development as all energy is going
towards LAP 5.x right now
3. emagic is a small company with some amazing talent, and they can only
do so much.  sounddiver represents a much smaller percentage of their
userbase, and within that userbase, a6 users represent even fewer.  there
are fewer than 1000 a6s around right now.  perhaps a bit more now that
they are shipping, but still not too many.  so, to assume that emagic is
going to hold up development of their flagship software to appease the
needs of the 10 people who own both SoundDiver and an a6 is a bit silly.
once they finish LAP 5.2 (currently in development for OSX as well)
perhaps mhaydn will have time to work on SD.

i do not work for emagic nor do i represent them, but i am relaying this
information through my experience as a beta tester for SD and Logic.
Please just be patient and remember these companies (alesis and emagic)
are small and are working as hard as they can to meet the needs of all
their customers (or something like that!).
