[A6] Approval for opening new A6 to check connections?

Hello,

Sorry, my darn MSN e-mail only allows HTML e-mail now....

Can someone point me to a contact at Alesis who will approve my getting
disassembly instructions for my new A6, specifically for the goal of checking
the cabling connections to make sure that the intermittent hang upon power-up
I'm getting (have gone thoroughly through all the software possibilities) is
not due to a loose cable?
